Please tell me what troops and defenses will remain in your capitol once the Corps of Observation has departed?

Total forces are always a closely guarded state secret, however,on the Reich Duchy of Beerstein site our army organization was posted sometime ago. In the event of a real crisis, Empress Maria Theresa could assist with Imperial troops. She promoted Reich Duke Wilhelm to Field Marshal in her army and he has led Austrian troops on many occasions....
Will the Corp of the South be able to march directly to Cavenderia or would they arrive by sea and need the Bizerrcans cleared from the sea before arrival?
Dear Cousin,
The Imperial Sea Lord has already dispatched his Squadron to your coast. Our troops are prepared to march upon your request. We will also send an Ambassardor to coordinate future requirements.
Best regards,
Wilhelm von Beerstein
