Louys of Monte-Cristo would like to invite those Brother Rulers of Urope who so far refrained from officially entering our circle.
Monte-Cristo is a quiet, remote and unimpressive place to make your debut: you would be welcome to announce here the nomination of an ambassador to Monte-Cristo, or even better your intention to honour our little Country with a personal visit. As our honoured guest you would discover our fair climate, pleasant sightings, quiet and simple atmosphere and the benefits of our "enriched" thalassotherapy.
(such a sibylline text needs to be explained in a comment below).

Several ‘EvE’ contributors do not have a blog of their own: there is nothing wrong with that, and the ruler of Gallia, for instance, regales us regularly by posting here. On the other hand, at least four ‘blogless’ contributors afaik never posted on ‘EvE’. Friends, is not your modesty excessive?
You may judge not to have material enough as yet to justify a blog. But, since you bothered you join, for sure you have be toying for some time with your Imagi-Nation? Then, what about posting a short ‘in character’ message (the nomination of an ambassador to Monte-Cristo was just a suggestion of a possible excuse) introducing your ‘brainchild’? Please do not be shy, take the plunge and step out of the closet!
To honour our prestigious guests, the students of the Ecole de Medecine des Demoiselles and Ecole des Sciences des Demoiselles rehearse a ballet (in the traditional summer costume of our teenagers) reflecting the ‘Peace and Love’ ethos of our beloved Presipality.
And of course we would also like to read from our blogging friends who remained silent for long: not to worry if this reflects a change of their wargaming interests, but we all no that an interference from ‘The Real World™’ is generally the cause –sometimes pleasant, too often harsh and painful…
Which reminds me ...
Didn't Frankszonia send an emissary and a shipment of etables and potables a while back?
Did the guys every get there?
:)

Indeed the goods were safely delivered, and a wagon train loaded with salted anchovies, smoked calamars, candied fruits and our unique Monte-Cristo Green took the road to Frankzonia.
Louys
Alas, I fear that the wagon train's route passed too near Vile Stagonia ...
Not to worry, after the Gallian / Hesse-Seewald struggle shifts away from Frankfurter again, I may be able to investigate that closer ...
