Herzog Fredrick of Harzburg bestows upon Reich Duke Wilhelm of Beerstein the Noble order of the Blue Bear of Harzburg. Harzburg accepts the offer to exchange diplomats to keep the channels of communication open.

Being in the nature of a genial location for imaginary nations of the Eighteenth Century to carry out diplomatic affairs . . . (not the place for rule discussions, miniature manufacturers, painting reports, history of your country or other things that belong on your personal blogs).

Reich Duke Wilhelm is most gratified by this prestigious award. It will be displayed in the Great Hall of the Reichstadt for two weeks so all of Beerstein will have an opportunity to view the Order of the Blue Bear. Our Ambassador, Graf Ostendorf, is extremely pleased to assist in peace negotiations.
I am slightly confused ... (which is an improvement over my normal condition ... just ask the wife!)
but where is the theoretical position of Harzburg again?
And it's posture concerning the Empress?
Frankszonia, of course, is much more interested in commercial relations than diplomatic (being an occupied state ... and, alas, an isolated .. hence solo ... gamer).
So, we have lots of sausages, ceramics, wine, timber, iron, and brass (Lordy, do we have brass) for you :)
General Pfennighalter would gladly discuss the details with you (as would Cut-me-own-throat Dilber)
:)
