Will the benefactor please stand up...

On arrival home from work today I found a letter addressed to me containing a lovely 25mm plastic lantern and pole. I cannot read the signature and wondered if my kind benefactor might let me know so I could say a heartfelt thanks...

Hello, I know this is sort of an off-topic comment for the post but I'm trying to get in touch with Ambrose (username Frankfurter) and so far I've had no luck getting any viable email addresses etc. Does anyone on this blog know how he can be reached?

The last word that I heard of Arthur (his real name) I posted on June 30 of this year:

I know that he lives somewhere in Arkansas, but I don't know much more than that.
