For Vulgaria probably in the Carpathian and Transalvannian Mts. but totally land locked.

That's a cool map, Greg. Thanks for posting it.

If you look at the southwest protrusion of Saxony green, that's the approximate location (in my mind) of Saxe-Bearstein. The gold blob to the west of it is the approximate location of those vile Stagonians.

Of course, other states may well exist on exactly the same territory (it is all in our imaginations after all).
