Applications Still Pending . . .

As I write this, four "ambassadors" should have received invitations to join this "meeting of nations". They are:

• Stokes -- commercial address
  
• Richard -- heliograph address

These have all been sent invitations -- although two report not having received them -- so I've deleted and re-entered their invitations.
