Grand Tour diverted to the Markgraaf of Raubenstadt

Reich Duchess Lynda insists her Military Aide, Major Debauchery, amend the Grand Tour's itinerary. At the request of Captain Ritter von Meltzer, a detour is approved to accommodate a family reunion with his father Duke Karl Frederick Markgraaf of Raubenstadt. Young Ritter von Meltzer has not been home for some time as his studies at the University of Pabst and his new commission in Pilsner Horse Grenadiers required his full attention. Reich Duke Wilhelm is also anxious to personally thank Duke Karl Frederich for his generous support during our last campaign against the Prussians.

Grand Duke Karl of Hetzenberg extends his apologies, but due to distractions caused by impending war with the neighboring Margravate of Dunkeldorf-Pfuhl he is unable to accomodate the Reich Duke's visit at present. He will be in a position to welcome his august personage any time after the visit to Raubenstadt.

Cousin,

This is good news, as the delay will allow your eminence to visit during the Feast of the Conception of Saint Anne, in Twinj. We are currently having a new royal coach commisioned should be a most luxurious ride.

All of Raubenstadt is decked out and ready to party. Does the Reich-Duke like to fish? Brig. General Karl von Technicalstuff, our Senior Engineer, has his eye on a pike of enormous proportions in the Rubberneckar!
