Can you shine a light on this (apologies for pun)
Can you tell me who manufactures 25/28mm lanterns? Particularly the portable kind a figure could carry.
thanks
Alan
You could pirate them from a "Blue Moon" Coach and Four, but it's a pricey alternative...though the coach is pretty cool, it might need those lanterns...
Hi Alan,
ReplyDeleteGames Workshop in their "Mordheim" series of plastics had a staff lantern. Their box of 10 plastic Dwarf Miners has some hand held versions as well.
Kind of a pricey option for just the lanterns, but I suppose it could always lead you into Fantasy (Skirmish) Wargaming.
It might be worth checking places that supply doll houses. Also it shouldn't be too hard to make one.

ReplyDeleteFoundry has a civilian carrying a lantern in its 18th Century civilian range.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget checking naval model makers like Constructo or Artesania Latina, etc.
ReplyDeleteThey have ranges of different kinds of lanterns, very pretty.
