Being in the nature of a genial location for imaginary nations of the Eighteenth Century to carry out diplomatic affairs . . . (not the place for rule discussions, miniature manufacturers, painting reports, history of your country or other things that belong on your personal blogs).
Heck, a good ditch with some naptha ready in it would stop that device easily. Or a batch of guys who can rush over to tip it while the guys inside try to reload. It would be a good device for defending a plaza or some such in a town ... flat paved operating surface etc.

I suppose the 'real thing' would be more easily stopped than the 'exfiltration' of its plans and dismounted mock-up.
